Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. Bookings are confirmed only for the selected event date. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a booking has been confirmed, dates cannot be changed or rescheduled. Cancellation Policy If the client chooses to cancel their booking for any reason, all payments made will be forfeited and are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that UpBeat Events LLC must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, the client will have the option to: Receive a full refund of all payments made, or Reschedule the event for a mutually agreed-upon available date.
