Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable booking fee is required once services are approved. This fee secures your date and confirms your reservation. The booking fee will be applied toward your total balance. Pricing may vary depending on the size of the group or if additional instructors are required. For more information, please contact UpBeat Events. All pricing details will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. Final payment is due no later than the day of your event and must be made before the instructors begin. Services can’t be provided until full payment is received. If payment isn’t received on time, your booking may be canceled and the booking fee forfeited. Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled. Any new date or service request will require a new booking and payment.
