Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. All bookings are confirmed for the selected date only. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling is not available once a booking is confirmed. Additional fees may apply for extra instructors, larger groups, extended services, or travel outside the Lansing, MI area. Any changes will be discussed and approved before services are provided. Cancellation Client cancellations are non-refundable. In the unlikely event UpBeat Events LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
