ORDER ERRORS   While we aim for perfection, errors can occasionally occur. If we have made a mistake with your order, we sincerely apologize and ask for your understanding. DAMAGED PRODUCTS   All products from UpBeat Events, LLC undergo thorough quality checks, but occasionally, issues may arise. We encourage you to inspect your items upon receipt and inform us immediately if there are any concerns. We are committed to replacing any damaged products, provided we are notified within one (1) business day of your order's arrival.

CANCELLATIONS and ORDER CHANGES   If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at 517-521-0449 as soon as possible. Our apparel, including T-shirts, is typically processed within one business day of the order being placed. Once production has begun, we will be unable to cancel the order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are conclusive, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in cases of damaged items. If you receive any damaged items in your order, you must reach out to us within one (1) business day to request a replacement. Please provide photographs of the damaged items and a detailed description of the damage, along with your order number, by emailing us at upbeateventsllc@gmail.com for our assessment. Please note that no orders will be processed until payment has been successfully cleared with UpBeat Events LLC.
